Most people know that DNA is the ‘blueprint of life’ and is located in every cell of the body. In addition to each chromosome’s 2 strand double helix of DNA, there are an additional 10 etheric strands of DNA available to each human, which have been dormant since the beginning of recorded history. Each additional strand possesses attributes that permit the individual to perform greater human accomplishments. Scientists acknowledge that we currently only use 3% of our current 2 strand DNA.
The term indigo children originates with parapsychologist and self-described synesthete and psychic, Nancy Anne Tappe, who first described the concept in the 1970s. Tappe published the book Understanding Your Life Through Color in 1982 describing the concept,stating that during the mid 1960s she began noticing that many children were being born with "indigo" auras(though in other publications Tappe has said the color indigo came from the "life colors" of the children which she acquired through her synesthesia. The idea of indigo children was later popularized by the 1998 book The Indigo Children: The New Kids Have Arrived, written by husband and wife self-help lecturers Lee Carroll and Jan Tober.[4] The promotion of the concept by Tober and Carroll brought greater attention and exposure to the topic, and their book became the authoritative source on indigo children. They describe the goal of indigo children to be a remaking of the world into one lacking war, trash and processed food, though if blocked from their goal they may end up murdering others or being institutionalized. Tappe states that individuals responsible for school shootings were indigo children.
The name Indigo Rising comes from the theory about those regarded to as 'Indigo Children'.
The Indigo Child is recognizable by his or her aura and by certain other traits, according to The Indigo Children website (owned by Kryon Writings).
This post is my higher self idea of words because felt was a need at this timeline for certain individuals to read. This word of title is very popular right now of many calling themselves indigo adult or crystal children. Dont get it wrong you are all so beautiful with special. The the main purpose of this is to get this message out with these words. Dont get to caught up in titles of names of labeling who you are because you will grow that means that label given to yourself by you will change. Some get so caught up in a label of words of self can actually make some stay at that point. Dont get caught up in the word of title so much it can make some not move forward from that label to stay at a spiritual standstill. In the future the label indigo or crystal title will become a word of the past.

The term "Indigo Children" has been around for a while and has made it into the mainstream. These kids have been around since since the 80's(some were also born in the 70's) but the major influx occured in the late 90's. Little has been written about Crystal Children because they are "new". Most of them are under the age of 5 right now...but there are also Indigos still being born everyday. This article explains a little bit more about Crystal Children from the perspective of the higher self of Steve Rother.
